Items marked as PRE-ORDER are not in stock and require additional processing time.
- Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated on the product page
- Pre-order timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to wait the full processing time
🚨 Pre-order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once placed.
💕 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (FINAL SALE)
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:
- Lace front wigs
- T-part wigs
- No-lace wigs
- Glueless wigs
- Sale or discounted items
- Wigs that have been worn, altered, styled, or tried on
Once a wig leaves our possession, we cannot guarantee it has not been worn or altered. For this reason, returns are strictly not accepted.
🧼 HYGIENE & WIG CARE NOTICE
Wigs are considered personal hygiene items.
Any wig that shows signs of:
- wear
- odor
- styling
- cutting
- damage due to improper care
will not be eligible for any resolution.
Please ensure you understand proper wig care before purchasing.
⚠️ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- clear photos
- order number
Failure to report issues within this timeframe voids any possible resolution.
🎨 COLOR DISCLAIMER
Please note:
- Wig colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and photography
- We do our best to represent colors accurately, but variations are not considered defects
💳 CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD
Any unauthorized chargebacks or false claims will be disputed with evidence, including:
- order confirmation
- tracking confirmation
- delivery proof
Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from future purchases.
