Once shipped, delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.


Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Northern Wigs Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:


  • Lace front wigs
  • T-part wigs
  • No-lace wigs
  • Glueless wigs
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Wigs that have been worn, altered, styled, or tried on


Once a wig leaves our possession, we cannot guarantee it has not been worn or altered. For this reason, returns are strictly not accepted.

Wigs are considered personal hygiene items.


Any wig that shows signs of:


  • wear
  • odor
  • styling
  • cutting
  • damage due to improper care



will not be eligible for any resolution.


Please ensure you understand proper wig care before purchasing.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
